REACTORŽ Tone Packs were designed and developed by William C.  Dent, an experienced musician and electronics specialist.   "Bill" has over 20 years of electronics experience including circuit design and repair.  He is a published composer with over 25 years of experience as a guitarist and writer.    Bill founded Digital Soundscape, Inc. in March of 2005, offering a range of services including music related electronics repair and customizing, music instruction, and a project studio built for professional work as a composer and guitarist, as well as other general audio services.  Digital Soundscape has partnered with Jackson's Music Stores in the Atlanta metro area to provide convenient access to many of these services.
